成功学教学法在排球普修课教学中的应用

摘　　要：在排球普修课教学中,采用文献资料、教学实验、数理统计等方法,应用成功学教学法进行实验研究。其结果表明,采用成功学教学法不仅能使学生尽快掌握排球技术、技能,而且对培养和提高学生的组织能力、教学能力和学习兴趣都具有较大的促进作用,同时对树立学生的学习目标、培养强烈的竞争意识、促进自主学习的积极性等都具有显著的效果。In the study of experiment of teaching the common course, the successful teaching method has been applied, and the experimental study has been made, and the documentary data, the methods of teaching experiment, and the mathematical statistics have been adopted. The result makes it clear that adopting the successful teaching method in volleyball teaching of common course is not only making the students master the technical skills in volleyball playing, but also promoting the function and enhancing the ability of students in the volleyball teaching. Meanwhile ,it has the tremendous effect on setting up the study target of the students, training the strong conscience of competition, and promoting the active self-teaching.
