带膜支架治疗食管恶性狭窄的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:采用带膜食管支架对食管恶性狭窄患者进行姑息治疗,评价其临床疗效。方法:采用内镜下置入食管带膜支架术。结果:内镜下一次放置食管带膜支架成功率为100%,术后吞咽困难明显好转。结论:带膜支架置入对食管恶性梗阻患者是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective：To study the results and inflancing factors of the treatment of maliganant stricture using membranecovered esophageal stents,and evaluate the value in clinical application.Methods：Membrane-covered esophageal stents were implanted in patients with esophageal strietive under endoscopy.Results：The successful rate of stent placement was 100%.Symptoms of dysphagia were considerably relieved.Conclusion：The membrane-eoverd esophageal stents appears to be effective and safety in treatment of pantients with maligant esophageal strictures.
