摘　　要：国际人权公约得到国际社会的普遍认可,反映了其权利理论具有一定的普适性。然而,从总体上看,国际人权公约主要反映西方社会的基本权利理念。因此,可以从权利的来源、性质和目的等方面解读国际人权公约所体现的权利理论,进而为我国的权利理论研究与实践提供借鉴与启示。International Conventions on Human Rights has been aceepted by the international community, this reflects its right theory has a certain universality. However, International Conventions on Human Rights mainly reflects the basic right ideas of western society in general. Therefore, to analyze the right theory of International Conventions on Human Rights from the right sources, nature and purpose to provide reference and enlightenment of research and practice of right theory in China.
