摘　　要：在借鉴国外学校体育设施资源共享经验的基础上,我们依据资源配置理论,遵循帕累托改进原则,对提高学校体育设施资源的配置效率从理论与实践层面进行分析与探讨后认为:政府只有依据等价交换和经济性原则,对资源共享的成本——收益进行科学测算,并通过税收调节或专项补贴政策才能有效推进学校体育设施资源与社区共享。On the basis of experience in foreign countries that schools and communities share their sports facility,the paper elaberates how to improve allocation efficiency of school sports facility from the angles of theory and practice according to the theory of resource allocation and the principle of Pareto improvement,suggesting that only when the government follows the principles of equal exchange and being economical,makes a scientific caculations about cost-benefit of resource share,and adjusts revenue or implements the special subsidy policy,can the share of sports facility resource between schools and communities be improved.
