摘　　要：结合学校采购工作特点和工作实践,加强对竞争性谈判采购流程的规范,可以缩短采购时间,提高政府采购效率,也可以促进反腐倡廉建设。Based on the characteristics and practices of a university s purchasing work,the article emphasizes the regulation on competitive negotiation and purchasing processes,so as to shorten purchasing time,enhance efficiency of government purchasing,and promote anti-corruption.
