摘  要:微波真空冷冻干燥是将高效的微波辐射加热技术和真空冷冻干燥技术相结合的、极具有应用价值的一项新技术。为此,简要介绍了微波真空冷冻干燥的基本原理及特点;同时,综述了国内外微波真空冷冻干燥技术实验研究、理论模型研究及应用现状。随着微波冻干理论、关键技术、工艺等不断完善,该项技术的应用前景将更为广阔。Microwave vacuum freeze -drying which combines the highly efficient microwave radiation technology with the vacuum freeze - drying technology is a new technology with great practical value. The basic principles and characteristics of microwave vacuum freeze - drying were briefly introduced. Microwave vacuum freeze - drying technology experimental research, theoretical model research and application status at home and abroad were reviewed. With the development of the theory, key technology and process, microwave vacuum freeze -drying must have a wider application prospect.
