摘　　要：从我国农作物研究和生产的体制改革、农作物新品种选育、农作物生产配套技术、发展高技术产业带动农业的产业化和工业化进程、提高农民的整体科技素质等方面的发展趋势与新技术革命进行了讨论。This paper discussed on ①the reformation of crop research and production systems in China including faculty management, coferring of academic titles, achievement evaluation, varieties approval, research investment and fertilizer and pesticide approval etc. ② breeding of new crop varieties including adjusting breeding projective , speedening the introduction, improvement and utilization of novel resources, combining of conventional and biological technology and the transformation of peculiar genes. ③integrating corollary technology of crop production including soil conservation,improvement and utilization,variety and application technology of fertilizer,conservation of water resourcesand reasonable utilization, technology of plant protection and abrivation of field cultivating management technology.④ developing high technology to drive the progress of agricultural industrialization and raise the knolvledge levels of the farmers etc.
