中西医结合治疗阴性症状为主精神分裂症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较中西医结合与单纯应用西药治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的临床疗效与安全性。方法将128例符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准并以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者分为对照组与研究组,每组64例。对照组应用抗精神病药物常规治疗;研究组在对照组基础上应用自拟经验方解癫汤治疗。结果治疗组显效率为60.9%,有效率为96.8%;对照组显效率为42.2%,有效率为81.3%;两组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗以阴性症状为主精神分裂症的临床疗效高,不良反应少,具有广阔的研究与应用前景。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety in negative symptom -based schizophrenia between integrative Chinese and western medicine and simple western medicine. Methods 128 cases of negative symptom - based schizophrenia diagnosed in accordance with the CCMD - 3 schizo- phrenia criteria were randomized into control group and research group,64 cases in each one. In control group,routine treatment with anti -psychosis drugs was applied. In research group, on the basis of treatment as control group,the self- prepared Chinese herb decoction was supplemented. Results The markedly effective rate was 60.9% ,and the effective rate was 96.8% in research group and they were 42.2% and 81.3% respectively in control group. There was Significant difference in effective rate in the comparison of two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction in research group was lower than that in control group. Conclusion Integrative Chinese and western medicine has superior clinical efficacy on negative symptom -based schizophrenia with less adverse reaction. This therapy presents prospective future in study and application.
