摘　　要：实验教学是教学质量工程的重要环节,而提高实验教学质量的关键是实验室队伍的建设,实验教学示范中心的建设对实验室队伍提出了更高的要求。文章通过对实验室队伍现状成因及表征的分析,结合西华大学省级力学实验教学示范中心的建设,提出了加强实验室队伍建设的对策与建议。Laboratory teaching is the important link of teaching quality engineering. The key of laboratory teaching quality is the construction of laboratory teaching team. The construction of model laboratory teaching center brings forward the higher request to laboratory teaching team. According to experience in the construction of experiment teaching team of Mechanic Experiment Model Center of Xihun University, this article analyzes the reason and token of experiment teaching team at present, and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen construction of laboratory teaching team.
