摘　　要：西医对盆腔炎的治疗多流于急性期的抗炎治疗,对慢性迁延期并无切实有效的良法。中医对本病有独到见解,具有中药疗法、非药物疗法(针灸)或复合疗法三大疗法,但其治疗中存在的辨证偏向、体质忽略等不足还需解决。Anti--inflammatory therapy comes to be common in western medicine for acute pelvic inflammatory disease, but not efficient to the disease in chronic lag phase. Original view suggested by traditional Chinese medicine as three treatments, including herbal therapy, nondrug therapy of acupuncture and combined therapy. Nevertheless, some problems, such as deviation of zheng differentiation--treatment and neglect of body constitution, are still required further settlement.
