摘  要:通过完全随机试验测定了尿素氨化醉马草中毒性物质麦角新碱的含量及氨化醉马草对绵羊的饲喂效果。12只新疆细毛羊周岁母羊(平均体重27.3kg)随机分成2组,每组6只羊,并分别进行如下处理:1)自由采食未处理的醉马草,并每只羊每天给予250g精料;2)自由采食经尿素氨化处理的醉马草,并每只羊每天给予250g精料。结果表明,用5%尿素溶液对醉马草进行氨化处理(干草:尿素溶液=1∶1(w/v))显著降低了醉马草中麦角新碱含量达59.5%(由56.0降至22.7mg/kg,P<0.05),显著提高了粗蛋白质含量达60.5%(由8.1%提高到13.0%,P<0.05),但未显著提高体外干物质消化率(40.3对42.2%,P>0.05)。饲养试验表明,绵羊对氨化醉马草的干物质采食量显著高于未处理醉马草(267对162g/d,P<0.05),但两处理组绵羊的日增重水平差异不显著(-116对-128g/d,P>0.05)。The ergonovine (toxic ergot alkaloid) content and the feeding value of ammoniated drunken horse grass (DHG) (Achnatherum inebrians) with urea were investigated. Twelve yearly Xinjiang Merino ewes (average liveweight 27.3 kg) were randomly assigned to 2 treatments: 1) untreated DHG was offfered ad libtum to each sheep with a daily supply of 250 g concentrate; 2) ammoniated DHG was given ad libtum to each sheep with a daily supply of 250 g concentrate. Each treatment had 6 animals. The results showed that ammoniation of DHG with 5% urea solution (hay: urea solution=1∶1 (w/v) significantly reduced the ergonovine content by 59.5% (from 56.0 to 22.7 mg/kg, P<0.05), and significantly increased the crude protein content by 60.5% (from 8.1 to 13.0%, P<0.05), but had no significant effect on in vitro dry matter digestibility (40.3 vs 42.2%, P>0.05). Dry matter intake of ammoniated DHG by sheep was higher than that of untreated DHG (267 vs 162 g/d, P<0.05), but average daily gains of sheep in the 2 treatments were similar (-116 vs -128 g/d, P>0.05).
