内镜下微波凝固治疗上下消化道息肉353例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨微波凝固治疗上下消化道息肉的疗效.方法:经消化内镜检查及病理组织学明确诊断,上下消化道息肉353例共391枚患者,行内镜下微波凝固治疗术.结果:0.5～1.5cm共374枚息肉,治疗后经复查一次性治愈率达100%,2.0～3.0cm大息肉经2～3次治疗后全部治愈.并且对大息肉癌前病变经微波凝固治疗后效果较好,1～3年后复查无一例复发.结论:对较小广基、亚蒂扁平多发性息肉不易被圈套者尤为适宜,微波凝固气化效果甚好,优于高频电凝刀及激光等方法.Objective： To investigate the curative effect of microwave coagulation therapy in gastrointestinal polyps.Methods： Detected 391 upper and lower gastrointestinal polyps from 353 patients by gastrointestinal endoscopy and histological diagnosis.Treated with endoscopic microwave coagulation therapy.Results： Reexamination after treatment showed： One-time cure rate for 374 polyps of 0.5～1.5cm was 100%,large polyps of 2.0～3.0cm were all cured by 2～3 times of treatment.Microwave treatment had a good cure effect in precancerous lesions of large polyps,and there are no cases of recurrence after 1～3 years.Conclusion： Microwave coagulation gasification therapy is particularly suitable for small,wide base,flat sub-pedicle and multiple polyps that can not easily be trapped.The curative effect is better than the methods such as high frequency electric coagulation knife and laser etc.
