摘 要:目的研究肺部良恶性病变组织中CD63和黑色素瘤抗原-1(melanoma antigen-1,MAGE-1)的表达并探讨其临床病理意义。方法将112例肺癌和25例肺部良性病变手术切除标本常规制作石蜡包埋切片,采用免疫组织化学EnVisionTM二步法测定CD63和MAGE-1的表达。分析CD63和MAGE-1表达与临床分期、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移间的关系。结果肺癌组织中CD63表达阳性率明显低于肺良性病变组织(χ2=14.84,P<0.005);而MAGE-1在肺癌组织中表达阳性率明显高于肺部良性病变组织(χ2=24.71,P<0.005);中高分化、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移的肺癌组织CD63表达阳性率明显高于低分化和未分化、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期及有淋巴结转移者(P<0.01~0.05),而MAGE-1表达阳性率则相反(P<0.05);肺癌组织中CD63和MAGE-1的表达呈高度负相关(P<0.005)。结论CD63和MAGE-1可能是反映肺癌发生、进展、临床生物学行为及预后的重要标志物。[Objective] To investigate the expression of CD63 and melanoma antigen 1 (MAGE-1) in benign and malignant lesions of the lung and to detect their clinicopathological significance. [Methods] EnVisiomTM immuno- histoehemistry was used to detect the expression of CD63 and MAGE-1 in the conventional paraffin-embedded sections from the specimens of lung cancer (n =112) and benign lesion tissues of the lung (n =25). We also analyzed the relation of the expression of CD63 and MAGE-1 with the clinical stage,differentiation,and with or without lymphatic metastasis. [Results] The positive rates of CD63 was significantly lower in lung cancer than that in benign lesion tissues of lung (χ^2=14.84, P 〈0.005). The positive rate of MAGE-1 was significantly higher in lung cancer than that in benign lesion tissues of lung (χ^2=24.71, P 〈0.005). The positive rates of CD63 was significantly higher in the middle and high-differentiated, Stage I -Ⅱ, and no-metastasis of lymph node lung cancer tissues than that in the poorly-differentiated, Stage Ⅲ-IV, metastasis of lymph node lung cancer tissues (P 〈0.01-0.05). But the expression of MAGE-1 in the lung cancer tissuses were just the opposite as compared with that of CD63 (P 〈0.05 ). CD63 and MAGE-1 expression in the lung cancer tissues showed highly negative co,elation (P 〈0.005). [ Conclusions] The expression of CD63 and/or MAGE-1 may be important biological markers for carcinogenesis, progression, clinical biological behaviors, and prognosis of lung cancer.
