摘　　要：目的研究阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者外周血中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的变化及临床意义。方法选取AD患者45例,同年龄对照组30例,采集外周血,并分离单核细胞,采用RT-PCR半定量方法测定MCP-1的表达;采用western方法测定单核细胞中MCP-1蛋白表达量。结果与同年龄对照组相比:MCP-1的转录和翻译水平均下调(P<0.05)。结论MCP-1参与AD的病理过程;血清中MCP-1随AD病情变化而改变,并可能反映AD发病过程中外周免疫系统损伤的情况。[Objective] To study the serum levels of MCP-1 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with Alzheimer＇s disease. [Methods] The samples included 45 cases with Alzheimer＇s disease（AD） and 30 healthy age and sex-matched subjects （HC） patients, MCP-1 mRNA expressions were determined by RT-PCR and the serum levels of MCP-1 were measured by the way of ELISA. [Results] The expression of MCP-1 and the serum levels of MCP-1 were significantly lower in the AD group than those in the HC group. [Conclusion] The MCP-1 is involved in immune response during AD patents, and may be contributing to the peripheral immune system in these patients.
