国有投资控股公司的非经营性国有资产经营效率研究

摘　　要：当前,非经营性国有资产在国有投资控股公司中往往占有很大的比重,而这部分资产不是直接参与经营性生产劳动中去实现盈利,其主要目的在于促进各项行政事业的顺利开展,为经营性资产的有效利用创造有利条件。因此,如何提高这部分资产的使用效率,实现社会效益最大化就成为国有投资控股公司的重要问题。本文运用博弈论和信息经济学中的委托代理理论,分析国有投资控股公司的双重委托代理身份,提出如何提高非经营性国有资产经营效率的对应措施。At present,non-operating state-owned assets take a great part in state-owned investment holding companies. Non-operating state- owned assets are not directly involved in productive work in business to make profits; its main purpose is to promote the smooth process of administrative and to create favorable conditions for operating assets＇ effective use. Therefore, how to improve the use efficient of this part of assets, how to maximize the realization of social benefits become an important issue on the state-owned investment holding company. In this pa- per, in the help of game theory,information knowledge and the principal-agent theory, we analyze the double principal-agent identity of the state-owned investment holding company. And we also offer some measures about how to improve the efficiency non-operating state-owned asset.
