摘　　要：综合考虑伙伴选择过程,并对现有的方法进行改进,提出了在任务分解基础上的一种新的合作伙伴选择模型及其实现方法。该模型不仅将抽象因素和可量化因素相结合,而且将成员间竞争实力与成员间的相容性相结合,保证了输出结果的客观、公正和有效;同时因为该模型每阶段都能缩小合作伙伴的选择范围,从而避免了大量无用的复杂运算;当模型输出结果与现实情况相背离时还可采取相应的调整策略。本模型具有较好的推广应用前景。This article considers the process of partner selection,and improves existing methods proposed in the task decomposition based on a new partner selection model and its implementation method. The model not only combined the abstract factors and quantified factors, but al- so combined of competitive strength and compatibility among the members to ensure that the output be objective ,impartial and effective; at the same time, because each stage of the model can narrow the scope of selection of partners, thus avoiding a lot of useless complexity of computing; when the model output is against the reality, the strategy can be adjusted. The model has good prospects for the popularization and application.
