摘　　要：首先介绍了分散网络化制造产生的背景,以分散网络化制造的总体设想为基础,详述了其功能和组成部分,并分析了新型分散网络化制造与传统企业的区别。同时,讨论了在实际实施推广过程中如何建立分散网络化制造的指导思想,指出了网络化制造的主要类型和关键技术。最后,以实例说明了分散网络化制造在中国的应用及前景。The background of the dispersed network manufacturing is described at first,and then the function and components of it are listed based on the general assumption. Differences of the dispersed network manufacturing and the traditional corporations are discussed. The appli- cation guiding ideas of establishing dispersed network manufacturing system are discussed, and key technology and main typos are pointed out. At last, an example shows the application and the prospect of dispersed network manufacturing in China.
