摘　　要：目的根据颌骨骨折延期治疗的特点,探索更为简单有效的治疗方法。方法结扎牙弓夹板至患者两骨折断端及对颌牙列,根据牙牙合模型行颌间牵引恢复牙合关系后,再行后期治疗。结果经过术前颌间牵引治疗的患者术中操作较容易、术后后遗症减少。结论术前行牙弓夹板颌间牵引是颌骨骨折延期治疗的有效方法。Objective To explore the better method that used in jaw fracture delayed treatment. Method After ligated the splint to the teeth of fracture jaw and anti-jaw and drawed them reposition according to the dental model that already reduced in the occlusion relation, we began the later stage treatment. Results In cases of preoperative intermaxillary traction, the operations are more easier and the sequelae are fewer than those cases of no preoperative intermaxillary traction. Conclusion Preoperative intermaxillary traction is a useful method in treating the jaw fracture that need delayed treatment.
