摘 要:目的:建立一种新的运用三维CT图像对面部不对称畸形进行测量分析的方法。方法:为验证测量标志点的可重复性,我们运用软件SimPlant11.04(比利时)对同一例正常成人(女性,年龄:25岁)的颅面部图像进行三维重建后,对间隔3周的前后两个阶段描定与测量相关的29个骨组织标志点所得的坐标值进行配对t检验。结果:同一重建图像的所有标志点前后两阶段的坐标结果,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:所有标志点描定的可重复性均很好。该三维CT测量分析法可为有关面部发育畸形提供相关诊治依据。Objective: To establish a new type of measurement and analysis by using three-dimensional computed tomography (3D-CT) images for the diagnosis of facial asymmetry. Methods: To assess reproducibility of landmarks, craniomaxillofacial images of one normal adult (female, age: 25 years) were reconstructed into 3D models and identified 29 landmarks of skeletal structure by using SimPlant 11.04 (Belgium) in two session (three weeks before and after). The statistical analysis of coordinates was made using the paired t test. Results: There was no significant difference between two sets of coordinates onthe same image (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Landmark identification was reproducible. The 3D-CT imaging analysis can provide sufficient and reliable evidence in diagnosis and treatment for facial asymmetry.
