摘　　要：六西格玛管理与企业管理创新之间的关系问题是近年来理论界争议的焦点问题。企业管理创新的本质特性分析表明,管理创新的本质就是打破现有思维模式的束缚,通过变革管理思路、管理流程、管理制度、组织架构等,打造变革的管理文化。六西格玛管理从企业文化、创新方法、知识创造、团队合作和人力资源管理五个角度为企业管理创新提供创新工具和平台。The relationship between Six Sigma and business management innovation has been the focus of debate recently. Analysis of the characteristics of business management innovation shows that the essence of management innovation is to think out of the box. Innovative culture is built through changing management thinking, process, system and organizational structure. Six sigma management provides tools and platform for business management innovation from five aspects： business culture, tools for innovation, knowledge creation, team work and human resource management.
