摘  要:某井在修井作业下油管过程中发生了防硫油管粘扣事故,对该批新油管抽样进行材质分析、螺纹检验和上、卸扣试验。通过调查研究和试验分析,认为油管粘扣的原因既与油管本身抗粘扣性能差有关,也与作业队使用操作不当有关。油管抗粘扣性能差主要是螺纹加工精度差;使用操作不当主要包括螺纹碰伤、偏斜对扣、引扣不到位和上扣速度快等。对该批油管使用操作提出了具体要求。Tubing galling accident took place during operation in one well. A thorough investigation on tubing galling accident was given, and the material tests, thread inspections, and make- up and break-out tests were carried out. It was considered that tubing galling was not only related to tubing thread joint capability resisting to galling, but also related to abnormal make-up operation during tubing running down. Unperfect thread machining cut quality resulted in had capability resisting to galling. Abnormal operations included deformation damage, declining stabbing, uncompleted guide screw, and make up at high speed. Some operation suggestions were brought forward to operators.
