摘　　要：针对提升机不同工况下衬垫摩擦系数的测量,提出一种基于虚拟仪器的衬垫摩擦系数测试系统,在该测试系统中,利用虚拟仪器的PID模块实现了对衬垫比压、相对滑速的闭环控制。完成了测试系统软硬件的设计,该系统可以实现对不同压力、不同滑速下衬垫摩擦系数的测量。Aimed at the liner friction coefficient measurement when the hoist runs on the different conditions, this paper presented a kind of measurement system based on virtual instrument. The feedback control of liner pressure and the relative rate was fulfilled using virtual instrument＇s PID module. Hardware and software design of the measurement system were introduced. The system can implement the test of friction coefficient on different pressure and different relative rate.
