摘　　要：实验动物是生命科学研究和发展重要的基础和支撑条件,为人类健康、科技进步和社会发展作出了巨大的贡献,实验动物福利影响其身心健康和质量,影响科学研究结果的准确性。因此,关爱实验动物,维护实验动物福利,是培育标准化实验动物、保障科学研究结果准确可靠的重要条件,同时也是提高公众人文素养,促进人与自然协调发展的需要,是人类文明和进步的标志。Laboratory animals provide an important basis and supporting conditions for the studies and development of life science, and contribute enormously to people＇ s health, science progress and soeial development. The welfare of laboratory animals influences their physical and mental health, and consequently the accuracy of research results. Thus, to take good care of laboratory animals and their welfare is an essential prerequisite to the breeding of standard laboratory animals and the accuracy and reliability of research results, and it also marks people＇s moral accomplishment, the harmony between human and nature, and the progress of social civilization.
