人肝癌组织中血小板活化因子的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察人肝癌组织血小板活化因子（PAF）的表达。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法检测PAF在10例晚期肝癌及其癌旁正常组织中的分布，逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT—PCR）分析PAF受体mRNA表达水平。结果90％（9／10）的肝癌组织巾PAF受体mRNA和PAF表达增强，而癌旁组织中80％（8／10）PAF受体mRNA和PAF表达减少，两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中晚期肝癌中PAF表达增强，可能存肝癌的发病过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of＇ platelet-activating factor （PAF） gene in human hepatocellular carcinoma （hHCC）. Methods The samples were obtained from 10 cases of hHCC specimens. Immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitative RT-PCR techniques were used for detecting the PAF positive-staining and PAF receptor mRNA expression in 10 samples and adjacent noncanerous tissues. Results PAF positive-staining and PAF receptor mRNA were detected in 90% of hHCC samples and 20% adjacent noncanerous tissues respectively （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The PAF expression is increased in middle - advance hHCC,which may play a role in the pathogenesis of hHCC.
