摘 要:分析了容量偏差率对串联超级电容模块储能的影响,比较了采取均压措施前后超级电容模块的储能,鉴于现有均压方法存在的问题,设计了一套简单实用的超级电容电压均衡电路,并进行了仿真分析。结果显示:采用电压均衡措施后使储能提高了37%。所设计电路能够在2s内实现对电压的均衡,均衡精度约为4%,能有效解决超级电容充电时的均压问题。The effect of capacitance deviation rate on the supercapacitor energy storage module was analyzed, The supercapacitor energy storage was compared before and after voltage balance. The existing voltage balancing methods were discussed. In view of these problems, a simple and practical supercapacitor voltage balancing circuit was designed, and a simulation analysis was carried out. The results show that supercapacitor energy increase 37% after voltage balancing. The circuit can be reached to the voltage balance within 2 s. The accuracy of balance is about 4%. The problem of supercapacitor voltage balancing when it charging can be solved effectively.
