应用硒酸精氨酸治疗酒精性肝损伤小鼠的初步研究

摘  要:目的研究硒酸精氨酸对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法用连续灌服酒精的方法建立小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型。将60只雄性小鼠随机分为4组:对照组、模型组、硒酸精氨酸处理组和二氧化硒处理组。连续灌胃8周,测定小鼠体重的变化;实验结束后,计算小鼠肝指数和脾指数;取小鼠肝脏制成肝匀浆,测定其中的丙二醛(MDA)、蛋白质羰基(PC)的含量;取小鼠血清测定肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平。结果硒酸精氨酸能显著降低酒精性肝损伤引起的MDA、PC和TNF-α的升高(P<0.01),硒酸精氨酸对肝脏的保护作用明显优于二氧化硒。结论硒酸精氨酸对小鼠酒精性肝损伤具有显著的保护作用,效果也优于二氧化硒。[Objective ] To study the protective effect of selenoarginine against alcohol-induced liver injury in mice. [ Methods ] Alcohol-induced liver injury mouse model was set up by executive intragastric administration. 60 male mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group, model group, selenoarginine group and SeO2 group. Mice were constitute i.g. for 8 weeks, mice body weight changes were measured; Calculated mice liver index and spleen index when experiment finished; Liver homogenate were made from mice, contents of MDA, PC, TNF-α were measured. [ Results] Selenoarginine significantly reduced the elevation of MDA, PC, TNF-α(P 〈0.01) caused by alcohol, and there was better protective effect of selenoarginine compared with SeO2. [ Conclusion ] Selenoarginine had an obviously protective effect against alcohol-induced liver injury, and performed better than SeO2.
