摘 要:提出了一种以垃圾体离散化为主的压缩机构设计分析方法,并利用RecurDyn实时仿真功能对3种不同离散程度的垃圾压缩机构模型进行了仿真研究。结果表明,离散球体数目越少,液压缸驱动力曲线波动较大而且受力不稳定,同时,盲目增加球体的数目并不能让刮板的平均效率明显增加,反而带来建模的困难和计算机仿真速度的减慢。总之,该方法可以进一步提高垃圾压缩机构对垃圾压缩的效率,为垃圾压缩机构的结构设计提供理论依据。A kind of designing analytical method of compressive mechanism that gives priority to the discretization of garbage substance has been put forward. Utilizing the function of RecurDyn real-time simulation, simulative research was carried out on three kinds of garbage compressive mechanism models with different degrees of discretization. The result showed that the less the number of discrete spheres are, the fluctuation of driving force curve of hydraulic cylinder would be comparatively large and with an unsteady force bearing capability. Simultaneously, to increase blindly the number of spheroids could not make a distinct increase on the average efficiency of the scraping plate, and on the contrary would bring forward difficulties for the modelling and slowing down the simulation speed of computer. In a word, this method could further enhance the efficiency on garbage compression by the garbage compressive mechanism, thus provided theoretical basis for the structural design of the garbage compressive mechanism.
