双低菜籽粕对固始鸡生产性能、养分代谢率和甲状腺指数的影响

摘　　要：研究了用不同比例的菜籽粕代替豆粕对我国特优肉鸡固始鸡的生产性能、养分利用率及甲状腺指数的影响。结果表明，与添加豆粕的对照组相比，在日粮中添加9％以下的菜籽粕，对2-4周龄固始鸡的体增重、采食量、营养物质的代谢率均无影响，而添加到12％菜籽粕时，鸡的体增重、采食量和干物质及粗纤维代谢率均明显降低；5-7周龄时，用6％菜籽粕代替豆粕，鸡的体增重和蛋白质表观代谢率均高于对照组，菜籽粕添加量为9％和12％时，鸡的各项指标与对照组无明显差异，但当菜籽粕添加量达到15％时，鸡的采食量、粗纤维表观代谢率和体增重均显著降低；各组的甲状腺重无明显差异。上述结果表明，固始鸡在2-4周龄时，日粮中菜籽粕的添加量不应超过9％，5-7周龄时，以12％以内为好。The effect of adding rapeseed meal （RSM） in diets on the performance, nutrient utility ratio and thyroid gland weight of Gushi chickens were researched, a chicken group fed diets with soybean meal was set as control. Results： During chicken age of 2 to 4 week, the test group fed diets with 9% RSM added displays no difference with the control group in average body gain （ABG）, daily feed intake （DFI） and metabolic rate of nutrients （MR） ; but the test group fed diets with 12% RSM gives significantly decreased ABG, DFI and metabolic rate of dry matter and crude fibre. During the age of 5 to 7 week, the test group fed diets with 6% RSM added displays increased ABG and apparent metabolic rate （AMR） of protein; the test groups fed diets with 9% and 12% RSM respectively display no difference with control group in every index; but the test group fed diets with 15% RSM significantly declines in DFI, ABG and AMR of crude fibre. The thyroid gland weights of Gushi chickens in the RSM treated groups and control group are not significant different. It is indicated that the appropriate addition of RSM is 9% for chicken age of 2 to g week, and 12% for age of 5 to 7 week.
