图书馆女性馆领导现状的实证分析

摘　　要：本文以89名图书馆女性馆领导为研究对象,利用问卷调查所获的数据,将其与全体图书馆工作人员、男性馆领导等群体进行比较,并进行不同地域间的群体内部比较,采用描述性统计、T检验、单因素方差分析为主要统计手段,系统剖析了当今女性图书馆领导在基本人口学信息、快乐指数、工作满意度和组织承诺各指标上的特征,并对女性馆领导的领导风格进行了详细讨论。Focused on eighty-nine female leaders in contemporary libraries in China, based on the data collected in the way of questionnaires, this paper has compared female leaders with the whole librarians, the male counterparts and themselves among different areas. The main statistic methods include descriptive ways, independent-sample T test and one way ANOVA. The features of the female leaders＂ basic information, happiness index, work satisfaction and organizational commitment have been systematically analyzed, and the female style of leadership in libraries has been discussed in detail.
