摘 要:压力冲击和流量脉动是柱塞泵流体噪声研究的两个关键内容,通过对国内外学者在该领域的研究情况进行总结归纳,发现该领域的研究主要围绕着实现对柱塞腔压力特性的数学建模和优化以及柱塞腔压力冲击和泵出口流量脉动的试验测试方法展开,分析他们各自的研究方法以及研究中存在的优势和不足。对柱塞腔压力特性进行数学建模分析,对几条主要影响因素包括:油液可压缩性、节流效应、柱塞的运动特性、间隙泄漏、油液惯性以及含气量对弹性模量影响等进行理论分析,并提出动态模型的建模思路。此外,对流量脉动的测试原理进行数学分析;对现有的七种典型的流量脉动测试方法进行归纳整理,对相应的试验台结构特点如管道、传感器安装位置、传感器性能要求、加载装置、信号采集和分析系统等特点进行说明;对今后流体噪声的研究方向和发展趋势做出预测。The fluid-borne noise considers the dynamics of the fluid, i.e flow ripple and pressure pulsation. It is obvious that most of noise in the piston pump comes from the fluid-borne noise, so many researchers pay attention on the theoretical analysis on pressure pulsations and experiment study on flow ripple. By summarizing the advantages and limitations of different groups' study, suggestions and comments are given for further research efforts. A theoretical model of the pressure pulsations within piston chamber is produced, which accounts for the influence of oil condensability, port plate throttle effects, piston momentum, oil leakage, inertia character of oil within relief groove and cavitations. Also, a new kind of dynamic modal is brought forward for future analyzing. Besides, the test principle for measuring the source flow ripple of piston pump is described. And seven classic test methods are listed and introduced. The structure and characters of an experiment system, such as pipeline, installation position and performance requirement of sensors, loading device, signal acquisition and analysis system, are explained. Finally, the future research direction and development trend of the fluid-borne noise are forecasted.
