摘 要:目的:探索超短波疗法对缺血性脑血管病的安全治疗时机。方法:采用栓线法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型。选择健康Wister大鼠90只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、治疗A组及治疗B组。分别选择再灌注后的3 h及8 h为治疗A组和治疗B组的治疗时间点。通过比较各组脑梗死体积及Bcl-2及TNF-α含量的不同。结果:再灌注8h时给予超短波治疗能减小大鼠的脑梗死体积,增加Bcl-2的阳性表达细胞,减少TNF-α的阳性表达细胞,从而减轻再灌注损伤。而再灌注3 h时给予超短波治疗则能增大梗死体积,减少Bcl-2的阳性表达细胞,增加TNF-α的阳性表达细胞,从而加重再灌注损伤。结论:超短波疗法虽然能改善脑血流,在缺血性脑血管病中应用很广泛,但此疗法不适合在脑缺血再灌注后的超早期内应用。Objective:To study the problen of secure time on ultroshortwave therapy after ischemia reperfusion. Methods:To choose 90 healthy Wister rats and produce middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) by Zea-Longa method. The 90 rats were divided into the sham operation group, model group,group A and group B randomly . To choose seperately 3 h and 8h after ischemia reperfusion as the time point of group A and group B and compare the infarct volume and determine the number of Bcl-2 and TNF-a berween the 4 groups,then research the saft time of therapy on ultrashortwave. Results: Given ultrashortwave at 3h after reperfusion could increase the infarct volume, worsen the patholigical damage ,reduce the number of Bcl-2 and raise the number of TNF-α. But the result of given the same therapy at 8h is opposite,that was,the patholigical damage was lighten. Conclusion :Ultra short wave can arise the cerebral blood stream,so it is used greatly in the clinic work. But it can not be used in the ultra early time after ischemia-reperfusion according to the result of the test.
