虚拟经济全球化下我国应对策略研究

摘　　要：随着信息和金融的全球化,虚拟经济在广度和深度上迅速发展,使得世界范围内的国际经济活动正在迅速地虚拟化,虚拟经济呈现出全球化发展势头。虚拟经济全球化对世界经济发展产生了深远的影响,它导致世界经济增长方式发生变革,造成社会财富在世界范围重新分配,加剧了全球经济失衡,使资本主义危机具有了新的特征,加快了国际金融危机的爆发。在此背景下,为了应对虚拟经济全球化,我国应协调好虚拟经济和实体经济的发展,重新审视中国成为世界制造业中心的战略,逐步推进人民币国际化进程,加大国际金融合作力度,强化对虚拟资本的监控和预警能力。With the globalization of information and finance, virtual economy develop rapdly in the breadth and depth, this makes the world of international economic activity is rapidly virtualization, virtual economy showed growth of globalization. The globalization of the virtual economy, has had a profound impact on the development of the world economy, it has led to changes in world economic growth, creat the social redistribution of wealth in the world, exacerbate the global economic imbalances, so that the crisis of capitalism has taken on a new feature, speed up the outbreak of international financial crisis. Under this situation, in response to a virtual economic globalization, we should coordinate virtual economy and economic development entities, re-examine strategic of China to be the world＇s manufacturing center, promote the process of internationalization of RMB step by step, increase the international financial cooperation, strengthen the monitoring and early warning capabilities on virtual capital.
