药物维持和社会心理康复治疗相结合的综合模式对美沙酮门诊维持治疗的疗效研究(英文)

摘　　要：目的:探讨药物维持和社会心理康复治疗相结合的综合模式对美沙酮门诊维持治疗的治疗效果。方法:将符合纳入要求的研究对象随机分组,并分别予以综合模式治疗及单纯美沙酮维持治疗3个月后,比较实验前后两组受试者依从性、社会支持的变化及治疗效果。结果:治疗前后SCL-90量表评价结果表明,海洛因依赖者普遍存在较高的SCL-90评分,综合模式治疗组的自评精神症状明显少于单纯维持组;治疗前后社会支持量表评价结果表明,综合模式治疗组的社会支持评定总分均值略高于单纯维持组,且标准差更小,但差异未表现出统计学意义;实验组保持率显著优于对照组。结论:药物维持和社会心理康复治疗相结合的综合模式疗效优于单纯美沙酮维持治疗。Objective：To explore the effect of integrated drug maintenance and socio-psychological convalesce mode on methadone maintenance treatment（MMT）. Methods：Subjects who were eligible were randornly divided into two groups,and treated with MMT and integrated mode,respectively. After 3 months of treatment,their compliances,social supports and treatment effects were compared. Results：After the treatment,the results of SCL-90 were compared with the data collected before the study. It showed higher scores of Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL - 90） in heroin addicts. Also, subjects treated by integrated mode showed less self - evaluated psychological symptoms than the ones treated by MMT only. We also compared the results of Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） before and after treatment. The data revealed that the integrated group had a higher mean and a lower standard deviation of SSRS than those treated with MMT only, but the differences were not significant. After integrated treatment, the retention rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion：The effects of treatment using integrated drug maintenance and socio - psychological that using methadone only, but the differences are not significant because convalesce mode is better than of the limited condition in the study.
