摘  要:目的探讨雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)在子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病病灶及其在位内膜组织中的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法(Evision二步法)分别检测38例子宫肌瘤(肌瘤组)的肌瘤病灶和在位内膜及30例子宫腺肌病(腺肌病组)的腺肌病病灶和在位内膜中ER、PR的表达水平。结果肌瘤组和腺肌病组病灶的ER、PR表达水平明显低于在位内膜组织;肌瘤组中ER、PR表达均符合增生期高于分泌期的变化规律,腺肌病组ER、PR除在位内膜PR外均丧失周期性变化规律。结论子宫肌瘤的发生与雌、孕激素水平及其受体含量的周期性变化有关,腺肌病病灶ER、PR的低表达和缺乏周期性变化及相应在位内膜ER也丧失周期性变化的特点可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展有关。Objective To explore the characteristic of different expressions of estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in hysteromyoma, adenomyosis and endometrium tissues. Method By taking immunohistochemical staining method (Evision method ), we compared 38 hysteromyoma cases with 30 adenomyosis cases, through which we can get the relevant consistencies of ER and PR by testing the respective densities of them in myoma tissues and endometrium tissues of hysteronyoma and adenomyoma tissues and endometrium tissues of adenomyosis. Results In hysteromyoma cases, the expressions of ER and PR in myoma tissues are significantly lower than those in endometrium tissues ;while in adenomyosis cases, the expressions of ER and PR in adenomyoma tissues are significantly lower than those in endometrium tissues. In hysteromyoma cases, the expressions of ER and PR are just matching the change rules, which are stronger in proliferative than that in secretory phase. But in adenomyosis cases, except the expression of PR in endometrium tissues, the expressions of both ER and PR lose their periodical cycle. Conclusions The occurrence of hysteromyoma is related to the levels of estrogen and progesterone and the periodical cycle of expressions of their receptors. The low expressions and non-periodical consistencies change patterns of ER and PR in adenomyoma tissues, and the non-periodical consistency change patterns of ER in endometrium tissues may associate with the occurrence and development of endometriosis uterine.
