摘  要:公路线形条件与公路交通安全有着密切的联系,顺畅的线形是行驶安全的基本保障。从提高道路安全角度出发,对公路线形设计中潜在的不利安全因素进行鉴别以便消除或减弱道路危险因素,就显得尤为重要。通过简介国外基于运行速度的线形连续性研究,并总结基于设计速度的路线设计方法存在的不足,指出以运行车速设计方法作为我国现行设计方法的补充,是改善我国道路行驶安全的手段之一。指出运行速度计算存在的不足,并分析导致的原因,与此同时还从简明实用的角度,建议了新的路段划分方法,并建议增设计算参数说明表。最后结合实际工程,找出了设计中潜在的安全隐患并提供相应的建议。The condition of road alignment is closely related with road safety, comfortable road alignment is the basic guarantee to the vehicle safety. In the aspect of elevating the road safety, it is important to find and reduce or removing these potential danger factors. With a brief introduction of the research of highway alignment consistency based on operating speed and a summarization of the existent insufficiency of the highway alignment design method based on design speed, it point out that one of the measures to improve the road safety is taking the operating speed as a supplement to the design speed. In this paper, the deficiency of the calculation of the operating speed was pointed out, and the causes were analyzed as well. Finally, the new road division method and calculation parameter table were proposed for the concise and practical intention. In combination with a real project, the potential danger factors were found and the adviees were proposed as well.
