摘　　要：新形势下,普通医学院校的实验教学管理模式己不能很好的适应和满足培养高素质创新型人才的需要,优化和改革实验教学模式势在必行,改革目前这种相对滞后的管理模式,积极探索多层次、模块化的新型实验教学管理模式,着力培养学生的自主创新能力。Experiment teaching management pattern in the ordinary medicine colleges and universities cannot the very good adaptation and satisfies raises the high quality innovation talented person＇s need under the new situation,the optimization and the reform experiment educational model is very imperative,the reform present this kind of relative lag＇s management pattern,explores multi-level,the modular new experiment teaching management pattern to try positively to raise student＇s independent innovation ability.
