摘  要:针对大转动惯量液压容积调速系统的一系列应用问题,将矢量变频液压容积调速和节流调速有机结合,搭建了大惯量矢量控制变频液压容积节流调速试验系统,实现了试验系统的PLC控制并结合LABVIWE完成了数据采集与状态监测,在不同转动惯量和负载条件下,进行了系统动态性能试验。实验结果表明:矢量变频液压容积节流复合调速对大转动惯量液压系统具有低速稳定性好,速度跟踪精度高的特点,并对转动惯量和负载扰动表现较强的鲁棒性。In view of the practical problems which exist in a hydraulic variable displacement speed regulation system with big moment inertia, the VC variable frequency volume speed regulation and throttle speed governing are integrated. The big moment inertia VC variable frequency hydraulic test system with the combination of a throttle and variable displacement speed regulation was established. The test system was controlled by PLC( programmable logic control) , and the data acquisition and state monitoring was achieved based on LABVIEW software. The system's dynamic performances were studied on the experimental platform under varying moment of inertia and load. Experiment results indicate that the compound speed regulation system has the performance of stability in low velocity, good speed following, as well as better robustness for varying load and big moment of inertia.
