肺鳞癌组织Ezrin和CD44-v6表达及意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨Ezrin和CD44-v6在肺鳞癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移、TNM分期的相关性。方法 采用免疫组化EnVison法，检测Ezrin和CD44-v6蛋白在60例肺鳞癌组织及其癌旁正常组织中的表达。结果 Ezrin和CD44-v6在肺鳞癌组织中表达阳性率高于癌旁正常组织，差异有显著性（Hc=35．447、65．103，P〈0．01）；Ezrin和CD44-v6在肺鳞癌组织中的表达呈正相关（rs＇=32．646，P〈0．01），且均与肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移相关（Hc=11．013-35．447，P〈0．01），TNM分期越晚、分化越低、有淋巴结转移者，Ezrin和CD44-v6表达的强度越强、阳性率越高。结论 Ezrin与肺鳞癌的发生和转移密切相关，其作用机制可能与CD44-v6相关；Ezrin基因蛋白检测可能作为肺鳞癌进展程度及其预后的判断指标。Objective To explore the expressions of Ezrin and CD44-v6 in lung squamous cell carcinoma （LSCC） and their association with lymph node metastasis. Methods EnVison immunohistochemical method was used to study the expressions of Ezrin and CD44-v6 in 60 patients with LSCC and in paraneoplastic normal tissue. Results The positive expressions of Ezrin and CD44-v6 in LSCC were higher than that in the paraneoplastic, the difference being significant （Hc = 35. 447,65. 103;P〈0.01）;The expressions of Ezrin and CD44-v6 in LSCC were positively correlated （rs＇=32. 646,P〈0.01） and showed correlation with TNM staging, degree of differentiation, and lymp node metastasis （Hc = 11. 013-35. 447,P〈0.01）. Their expressions were much stronger when TNM was more advance, the differentiation was poor,and with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Ezrin is closely associated with occurence and metastasis of LSCC, and its mechanism of action maybe related to CD44-v6. A detection of Ezrin can be used as a parameter to estimate the development and prognosis of this malignancy.
