摘 要:目的探讨肿瘤显像剂二乙三胺五乙酸—脱氧葡萄糖(99mTc-DTPA-DG)临床应用的安全性。方法小鼠尾静脉注射99mTc-DTPA-DG3.7MBq/(0.1ml)后10min以及1、2、4、8、24h分别处死3只,测定体内各脏器放射性计数,换算至标准人体内分布数据,按MIRD法计算人体内99mTc-DTPA-DG全身和各主要器官的内照射辐射吸收剂量。结果人全身内照射辐射吸收剂量约为0.0197mGy/MBq,各脏器内照射吸收剂量范围为0.0019~0.407mGy/MBq,有效剂量为0.0886mSv/MBq。结论99mTc-DTPA-DG全身各脏器内照射辐射吸收剂量均较小,肿瘤显影清晰。99mTc-DTPA-DG人体应用安全,是一种优良的肿瘤显像剂。Objective To evaluate the security of tumor imaging agent ^99mTc-DTPA-DG ( diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid- deoxyglucose) in clinical apphcations. Methods Eighteen mice were injected with ^99mTc-DTPA-DG through a tail vein ,and three mice were killed respectively at 10 min ,and 1,2,4,8,24 hs after the injection. The radioactive counting of different organs were determined and converted to standard distribution in humans, then the radiation absorbed doses of ^99mTc-DTPA-DG in humans organs were calculated with the MIRD method. Results To be estimated,the body irradiation radiation absorbed dose was about 0. 019 7 mGy/MBq, organs radiation doses between 0.001 9 and 0. 407 mGy/MBq. The effective dose was 0. 088 6 mSv/MBq. Conclusions The irradiation radiation absorbed dose of 99mTc-DTPA-DG in the body organs are small and the tumor contrast is clear. ^99mTc-DTPA-DG is an excellent tumor imaging agent,is saffety to be used in human.
