摘　　要：网络论坛已经成为高校图书馆读者进行咨询、表达意见的重要渠道。高校图书馆应重视网络论坛读者投诉,并制定相应的策略妥善解决读者投诉。Bulletin board system has been an important channel for university library readers to make consultations and complaints. The authorities of university library should pay special attention to the readers＇ complaints from bulletin board systems and work out corresponding tactics to properly settle the complaints from the readers.
