摘　　要：金融危机使纽约市的经济受到重．创，而华尔街更是风暴的中心。纽约市市长布隆伯格曾有过未来四到五年市政府可能没有来自华尔街税收的担忧。纽约商界尤其是金融界和贸易界非常关注中国，尤其关注上海，他们表达了希望加强纽约市与上海市经贸联系的诉求。China is rising as an economic superpower. If there is no international financial center to support this grow, it will have huge risks. Department of Shanghai academy of economy, director of the financial research center, YangJianwen stressed that, as the recent global asset is relatively low, it is a good opportunity for China to open its capital account (C/A). If it is done, domestic capital could easily flow out, which would promote the balanceof global international payment. Otherwise, with global economic recovery, RMB may be forced to rise sharply, drawing hot money flow into China, then the asset bubble might go out of control, and China's economic development might go back into a passive position. As the internationalization of RMB is the inevitable trend, the construction of Shanghai international finance center should be set as the national strategy. The way of development may be very long and hard, but we shouldhave confidence. The director of the Shangha Securities Exchange Center, docto HuRuyin thinks, Shanghai has clea advantage in transaction and technology but has coma disadvantage in constructing a financial market. If RMB want to be a global reserve currency, the capital marke including a complete fixed proceed marker still need developing.
