摘　　要：建立了一种用于测定面包包装纸中苯系物(BTEs)的分析方法。利用顶空技术对样品进行前处理,并与气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)联用,用离子选择对8种苯系物进行了定性定量分析。结果表明此方法有较好的重复性,相对标准偏差在5.00%以下;8种物质的回收率在92.36%～100.65%之间;检出限为0.0008～0.78μg/m2,比全扫描的检出限低1～3个数量级。A method of determination of benzene series compounds in bread packaging paper was developed and validated. Headspace technology was applied for pretreatment of specimen and was combined with GC-MS and to selective ions for qualitative and quantitative analysis of benzene series compounds. The results showed the repeatability of the method is good; the relative standard deviation is less than 5.00% ; the average recoveries are from 92.36% to 100.65%; and the detection limit is 0. 0008μg/m^2 -0.78μg/ m^2 , which is three levels lower than full scan method.
