Maspin、MMP-9及VEGF在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨maspin、MMP-9和VEGF在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达水平及其与临床病理指标的关系和其对预后的意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学SP法,分别检测50例口腔鳞状细胞癌和20例正常口腔黏膜组织中maspin、MMP-9和VEGF的表达情况。[结果]maspin在OSCC和正常口腔黏膜组织中表达率分别为90.0%(18/20)和72%(36/50),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);maspin蛋白表达与MMP-9蛋白及VEGF表达呈负相关;MMP-9与VEGF表达呈正相关。[结论]Maspin表达缺失在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中有重要作用;maspin、MMP-9、VEGF同时发生异常可作为评估口腔鳞状细胞癌恶性程度的重要生物学指标,联合检测三者的表达对了解口腔鳞状细胞癌的恶性行为有重要的临床参考价值。To study the relationship between the expression of maspin, MMP-9protein and VEGF in oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC） and the biological behavior and prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. [Methods] Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded blocks of 50 tissues with OSCC and 20 normal oral tissues were used for immunohistochemical staining of maspin, MMP-9 and VEGF respectively. [Results] The expression level of maspin protein in OSCC and normal oral tissues was 90.0% （18 / 20）, 72% （36 / 50） . The difference between normal oral tissues and OSCC was significant （P﹤0.05）. There was no difference found between the expression levels of maspin and sex, ages, tumor sites or metastasis. In oral squamous cell carcinoma, the negative expression level of maspin protein and the positive expression level of MMP-9 protein and VEGF were correlated positively. The expression level of MMP-9 protein and VEGF were correlated positively. [Conclusion] Negative expression level of maspin protein plays an important role in occurring and developing of OSCC; maspin, MMP-9 and VEGF are the important indicators to assess oral squamous cell carcinoma occurring and developing. Measurement of the expression of maspin, MMP-9 and VEGF may have a clinical significance in understanding malignant behavior of OSCC.
