摘　　要：实施知识管理,提升建筑企业风险管理效率,是知识经济时代我国建筑业普遍关注的焦点问题。当前的统计数据表明,知识管理项目实施的效果差强人意。造成这种局面的主要原因是知识管理实施方面的研究多是实施战略、原则等指导性的理论,缺乏可操作性。建立建筑企业风险知识管理的实施模式,可将知识管理与业务流程紧密相连,该模式主要划分为启动阶段、规划阶段、实施阶段和评估反馈四个阶段,该模式实施过程的关键点是使知识管理流程与风险管理业务流程集成,以确保风险管理工作的知识产生,存储和供应,并进一步使得知识流循环。该模式的建立将有利于提高建筑企业风险管理的效率,进而提高企业核心竞争能力。Knowledge management to improve risk management efficiency of construction enterprises is a hot topic in the age of knowledge-based economy. The current statistical data shows that the effect of knowledge management project is only adequate. The main reasons caused this situation are that the research on knowledge management is about guiding theory of.strategy and principle, lack of operability. The construction of its practical mode will connect knowledge management with business circulation, the mode is mainly divided into operating stage, planning stage, practicing stage, and feedback with evaluation, and the key point in practice is to integrate the circulation of knowledge management with that of risk management business to guarantee knowledge production, stock and supply of risk management and keep the circulation of knowledge stream. The establishment of the mode will help increase efficiency of risk management in construction enterprises and accordingly increase core competitiveness of the enterprises.
