乳腺癌中pS2与PSA相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌组织中pS2与PSA的相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测52例乳腺癌中pS2和PSA的表达,所有患者均已被随访5年。结果pS2阳性患者中PSA的阳性表达率为88.23%,pS2阴性患者中PSA的阳性表达率为11.11%,差异有高度的显著性(P<0.01)。生存5年的患者pS2阳性表达率为76.32%,生存<5年的患者pS2阳性表达率为35.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生存5年的患者PSA阳性表达率为71.05%,生存<5年的患者pS2阳性表达率为35.71%,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论pS2与PSA的表达呈高度一致性正是两个好的预后因素的统一。若与性激素受体(ER、PR和AR)联合检测,对决定治疗及判断预后将更有帮助。Objective To study the relationship between pS2 and PSA in breast cancer. Methods pS2 and PSA were detected by immunohistochemistry s-p methods in 52 breast cancer cases followed up for five years. Results The positive rate of PSA was 88.23% in the pS2（ ＋ ） group and that was 11.11% in the pS2（ - ） group,the difference was highly signifieant（P 〈0.01 ）. The positive rate of pS2 was 76.32% in the five-year survival group and that was 35.71% in the under-five-year survival group, the difference was significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;The positive rate of PSA was 71.05% in the five-year survival group and that was 35.71% in the under-five-year survival group ,the difference was also significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Condnsion There was highly positive relation between pS2 and PSA, which was not conflict with the fact that both were favorable prognostic indicators. If they were detected along with sex hormone receptors （ER, PR and AR） , it would be more helpful to the therapy and the determination of prognosis.
