摘 要:目的探讨与评估倍骼生(PerioGlas)在种植体周骨缺损区对种植体骨结合的效应。方法采用自身对照,在6只成年杂种狗下颌骨下缘各植入4颗纯钛种植体(共24颗)并在种植体周造成缺损,左下颌2颗为实验组,在缺损处填入倍骼生和自体血混合物,右下颌2颗为对照组,在缺损处任其充满自体血。术后4,8,12周分别处死两只狗,先后行电镜观测、骨密度测定和组织学观察。结果4,8,12周时实验组种植体骨结合率均较对照组高,实验组和对照组有显著性差异;实验组骨缺损区新生骨密度比对照组高;实验组可见大量成骨细胞、骨细胞及新生骨小梁,新生骨组织较成熟,对照组成骨细胞少,骨小梁细而少,纤维组织多见。结论倍骼生具有促进新骨形成及种植体骨结合的效应。Objective To evaluate the effect of PerioGlas with blood in bone defect adjacent to implants on the osseointegration in clog mandibular. Methods Adopting self-control study, in each of 6 adult dogs ,4 implants were placed in the inferior border of mandibular body and peri-implant defect was created. On the left side, PerioGlas combined with blood was placed as experimental group;On the right side,bone defect was permeated blood as control group;2 clogs were sacrificed at 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation,respectively. Scanning electron microscope( SEM ) , bone density surveying and histological observation were carried out to detect the result of bone regeneration and implant osseointegration. Results SEM scanning showed that the experimental group had a higher bone-implant contact (BIC) and there was obvious difference between both groups;the regenerative bone density of experimental group was higher than that of control group. There were large amount of osteoblast, ostoocyte and neogenetic bone tra- becula in experimental group, but a small amount of ostooblast and minute bone trahecula in the control group. Conclusion PerioGlas can improve bone regeneration in peri-implant defect and osseointegration between implant and bone.
