腹腔镜手术在附件良性囊肿诊治中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术在附件良性囊肿诊断和治疗中的价值。方法将蚌埠市第一人民医院2006年1月-2009年1月住院治疗的151例附件良性囊肿患者,分为腹腔镜手术组和经腹手术组,对比两组手术效果及手术并发症等。结果畸胎瘤手术时间腹腔镜组长于经腹手术组(P<0.01),其余附件囊肿手术时间腹腔镜组明显短于经腹手术组(P<0.01)。腹腔镜组术中出血量、肛门排气时间、术后并发症、术后住院时间和恢复日常家务劳动时间均明显短于经腹手术组(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜集诊断与治疗为一体,是施行附件囊肿手术的最佳方式。Objective To evaluate the value of the laparoscopic surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of the adnexal benign cysts. Methods 151 cases with adnexal benign cyst from Jan. 2006 to Jan. 2009 were divided into laparoscopic surgery group and the laparotomy group. The curative efficacy and surgical complications of both groups of surgery were compared. Results The operation time of laparoscopic surgery（ except ovary teratoma） was significantly shorter than the laparotomy group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. As compared with the laparotomy group, the patients in the laparoscopic surgery group had shorter anal exhaust time, shorter postoperative hospitalization duration, and shorter recovery time for the daily household chores with less amount of bleeding and trifling complications（ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery is the best way to diagnose and treat adnexal benign cyst.
