摘　　要：目的探讨TURBT(经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术)联合BCG(卡介苗,Bacille Calmette-Guerin)灌洗治疗多发性膀胱癌的疗效观察。方法多发性膀胱癌30例,采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(TURBT)联合BCG灌洗治疗,并定期膀胱镜、B超等复查。结果平均随访4.6年,无瘤存活22例(73.0%),8例曾复发,占治疗病例的27.0%。其中1年内复发3例(37.5%);1～3年复发的4例(50.0%);3年以上复发1例(12.5%)。8例复发者再次行TURBT,肿瘤病理分级,5例无改变,2例降1级,1例升1级。结论TURBT联合BCG灌洗对高龄、高危多发性膀胱癌患者是一种可行性的治疗选择,但要密切随访,及时处理复发肿瘤。Objective To explore the efficiency of transurethral resection of bladder tumor（TURBT） combined with bacille calmette guerin（BCG） irrigation in treating multiple bladder cancer. Methods 30 patients with multiple bladder cancer were treated by TURBT and BCG irrigation, and the follow up with cystoscope and type B ultrasound examinations were performed periodically. Results The mean follow up period was 4.6 years. 22 cases（73.0% ） were survived disease-free,and 8（27.0% ） recurred among which 3 cases in one year（37.5% ） ,4 cases in 1-3 years（50.0% ） ,and 1 case in more than 3 years（ 12.5% ）. The recurred cases were treated again with TURBT,the pathological grade of 5 cases had not changed,2 cases were declined by 1 grade,and 1 case upgrade 1. Conclusion The combined treatment with TUBRT and BCG irrigation is a feasible treatment for the senile and high risk patients with multiple bladder cancer. The closely follow up is necessary and the recurred tumor should be managed in time.
