摘 要:利用电子低压冲击仪对4辆采用不同技术的国Ⅳ排放汽油车进行了颗粒物分布特性的试验研究。试验按照国Ⅳ测试循环(NEDC)在转鼓试验台上进行,测量了冷启动下排气中颗粒物的特性分布。试验结果表明:汽油机排气中包含有大量的超细颗粒物,其中以0.02~0.5μm的粒子居多;颗粒物排放主要在NEDC循环的冷启动阶段和加速过程中产生;汽油直接喷射车辆颗粒物数量比气道汽油喷射的高。An experimental study on the distribution characteristics of particulates emitted from 4 gasoline vehicles with different technologies for State-iV emission standard is conducted using electrical low-pressure impactor (ELPI). The test is performed on chassis dynamometer with State-Ⅳ test cycle (equivalent to European NEDC) and the distribution of exhaust particulates at cold start condition is measured. Test results show that there are a great number of ultra-fine particulates in gasoline engine exhaust gas, most of which are with a size between 0. 02 μm and 0. 5 μm; the particulates is generated mainly in the phases of cold-start and acceleration of NEDC; and the number of particulates emitted from gasoline direct injection vehicle is more than that from vehicle with port fuel injection.
