摘  要:研究了花生壳活性炭的制备方法.采用正交实验设计比较了磷酸、氯化锌、氢氧化钾、硫酸4种活化剂以及活化温度、活化时间、活化剂浓度、液固比等各因素对花生壳活性炭性能的影响,并用亚甲基蓝的吸附值和比表面积对所得样品进行了表征.实验结果表明,磷酸活化法所得的活性炭性能最好,采用50%磷酸,液固比2:1处理花生壳,在350—400℃活化4h,活性炭的亚甲基蓝吸附值可达15.0mL,比表面积为772.792m^2/g,活性炭产率45%~48%.Preparation of activated carbon from peanut shells was investigated. Orthogonal experimental design was used to compare the effects of four activating agents including phosphoric acid, zinc chloride, potassium hydroxide and sulfuric acid, and different factors, such as activation temperature, activation time, concentration of the activating agents, and the liquid/solid ratio, on the performance of peanut shell activated carbon ; and the obtained sample was characterized by methylene blue adsorption value and specific surface area. The results showed that phosphate acid is the best activating agent. Activated carbon with methylene blue adsorption value 15.0 mL, specific surface area 771. 792 m^-2/g and yield 45% -48% can be prepared by activating peanut shells with 50% phosphoric acid at the liquid/solid ratio of 2: 1, temperature 350 -400℃ , and reaction time, 4 h.
